Many EAs outside the UK and US express frustration at the limited guidance on how to put their principles into action without relocating. To address this, some exceptional EA Netherlands volunteers have developed a guide tailored to help individuals contribute to AI safety from the Netherlands and the EU. While the guide recognises that the most impactful job opportunities are often found in the US or Brussels, it provides practical advice for making a difference closer to home, particularly regarding building career capital.
