I want to create a document which re-examines popular EA ideas, and attempts to deconstruct them. For each idea, we’d list what evidence or arguments would cause this idea to be considered wrong, or at least what would make us call it into question. This is in the hopes that people who are better able than me can do research to test whether the evidence is actually there or not.

It seems due time for a project like this, however I don’t think I will have the time to do it myself. So if you know a lot about EA, and you’re looking for a way to help, consider doing this.

I’d be willing to read over whatever you have, and help in other non-time-intensive-ways, and I’m sure others on the forum would too.
