The Internet Archive holds some information. For instance, see

 http://web.archive.org/web/20221101090359/https://ftxfuturefund.org/our-grants/

and 

http://web.archive.org/web/20221024220706/https://ftxfuturefund.org/our-regrants/#grants

The lists of grants aren't as big as I'd expect, though. These were just the grants listed on the home-page of their "Grants" and "Regrants" pages respectively, and I'd expect there are actually more grants issued.

Or are these pretty much the complete lists of all grants that were ever publicly issued?

One of the biggest hindsight revelations regarding this FTX crisis is the relative amount of money given to charity vs the amount spent on political campaigns, marketing etc. I am pretty sure this is all the grants that the FTX future fund made. It totals around $100M. If needed, you can ask the people who resigned from the Future Fund.
