We’re hiring a Manager of Talent Acquisition to develop our recruiting team and bring amazing talent to GiveWell.
This role will:
- Work with senior leaders to understand and address capacity needs
- Design valid and predictive candidate evaluation processes
- Develop GiveWell’s employer brand
- Manage our current recruiters
This is a fully remote position (or hybrid, up to you!) within US time zones, and we’re open to visa sponsorship.
