Hi! For number 1: To delete a comment, simply click the three dots on the upper right side of the comment box, and you'll see an option to delete.

You might have to "Activate Markdown Editor" in your profile settings. First, click on your username; choose "Account Settings" and click "Site Customizations". Check the box beside "Activate Markdown Editor" then click "Submit".
