The Johns Hopkins Center for Health Security (JHCHS) (sometimes referred to as the Center for Health Security and abbreviated CHS) is a nonprofit organization that conducts policy research and development in Biosecurity and pandemic preparedness. It is part of the Johns Hopkins Bloomberg School of Public Health. JHCHS was founded in 1998 as the Johns Hopkins Center for Civilian Biodefense Strategies (CCBS).

As of May 2021, JHCHS has received over $40 million in grants from Open Philanthropy (2021).
