I have been looking for information here on what attention is being paid to ...

man-made earth orbit debris, low-orbit mass pollution, light pollution, degraded enjoyment of night and day sky, interference with scientific studies, and defacto ownership of space by powerful others excluding a voice and a vote from than the majority of users.  What voice do the 99% have for how the sky is used and misused?  Thanks.
