Mahi joined the Albert Schweitzer Foundation for Our Environment in 2008 and played a significant role in its development. Since then, the foundation has become one of the most influential voices for animal protection in Germany. Mahi will reflect on breakthroughs, initiatives that have fizzled out, and future opportunities in animal protection policy.
